For me, November is always a month to recommit to my gratitude practice. Thanksgiving reminds us to be thankful.

This year, I have sooooo much gratitude to share!

First, thank you for continuing to follow my journey from innkeeper to life transition coach AND author!

Secondly, because of you, the book I co-authored, Life Shifts, made it to International Bestseller status in the U.S. and Canada! Thank you for your support! I spent the past weekend reading it and am blown away by the stories shared by my coauthors.

I am in the process of writing an article about finding silver linings for Aspire Magazine which will appear in their February/March online, free, issue! And, my next book chapter in The Grief Experience will be published in February. More details will follow.

What is EFT Tapping and Why Should I Do It?

My latest podcast features Nancy Linnerooth talking with me about EFT/Tapping and how it can work to help reduce some of the negative emotions around grief and life transitions.

Nancy Linnerooth brings extensive experience to her work releasing the underlying subconscious blocks that keep us stuck in cycles of unproductive thoughts and behaviors.

With straight talk and humor, Nancy helps her clients figure out and release what is causing their procrastination, avoidance, and self-sabotage and follow through on the dreams they have always wanted.

Follow along as Nancy demonstrates how to tap for emotional freedom.
