Happy Valentine’s Day!

Is this a holiday you love or love to hate?

For me, Valentine’s Day is a day when Hallmark and other media channels constantly remind me that I don’t have a special man in my life.

Believe it or not, I don’t need to be reminded. I am well aware of that fact! LOL! And, I’m really ok with it because I have many others whom I love and who love me!

I am loved by my children and grandchildren, by other family members, by my friends (my Framily), and by my fur babies (well five of them!).

In addition, I am filled with love for all of them, for you, for the arts (painting, dance, music, and theatre), for nature, travel, books, my career, myself, and more.

I don’t mean to begrudge those of you fortunate enough to have a special someone in your life. By all means, shower them with love and affection. Tell them often that you love them. We all need to hear that!

Where is love present in your life?

Where can you find more love to add to your life? More joy and pleasure?

I would love to hear your answers. Please write back and I will do my best to respond in a timely manner.

Did you know I have a new podcast? It’s called, INNtrospection: Grief to Growth. You can follow it on YouTube or your favorite podcast channel. As of today, there are three episodes uploaded with one more coming next Tuesday.

I have a very special episode releasing on March 7. I plan to record it from Mexico when I am there for a retreat and a milestone celebration. I hope you’ll watch, listen, and comment.

Until the next time, I love you and appreciate you,

Amy
